Amidst the craze of everyday living and never-ending things to do lists, there is this sanctuary. A sanctuary in its true sense. A place where time comes to a stand-still and life just is. The only thing that passes is the river gurgling by at its own steady pace. All your thoughts and worries evaporate and the only thing you sense is presence. Presence of life within you, around you and beyond you. A common thread extending from you to everything around, connecting and binding us all, and yet we are free. The smell of freedom overflows in the air and a feeling of relief. Relief from the chains and boundaries we willingly tie around ourselves to comply with today's self-defined norms. You see those chains melt and you feel the breeze that has touched countless things before it gently passes over you. It takes a part of you with it. Such places are real treasures in the concrete jungle we live in. They will remain so for they signify the epitome of life in all its forms blending and living in harmony with a common thread, a common heart beat.

Beautiful snaps and even more illuminating words... you irradiate wisdom and love beyond the ordinary.
I experienced exactly the same when i visited a sanctuary early this year. There is something about vast trenches of trees, gently flowing stream..silence..which gets pierced by only the hundreds of birds which inhabit the place. Speak a word there and you feel as if you have brutally assassinated the aura!
Wonderful!
