Work life and Personal life are like two realities we live in. We switch back and forth to escape from the other. I see ppl going to work like cape crusaders on a mission and the role gives some sort of power and confidence that you have done this, can do this and are good at it. A sense of predictability to some degree and control comes with it. Personal life is a bit more free, unpredictable, it traverses dealing with ppl of different age groups and understanding. A bit more challenging.
In today's age, the cape crusader has to fight crime while handling their personal life. It is definitely a new challenge.
